Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the addendum of the not-to-exceed amount for the current Master Service Agreement between 5-F Mechanical and Williamson County for HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Services, by increasing the current not-to-exceed amount of $350,000.00 by an additional $75,000.00, to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $425,000.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement. 

This Master Service Agreement shall run through September 30, 2023.  Services provided support the plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning of County buildings.  The increase to the not-to-exceed amount doesn't exceed the 25% of the total contract pricing. The new contract will take effect October 01, 2023 - September 30, 2024, was approved on August 15, 2023, item #27. Funding Source: 01.0100.0509.004510.  Other funding sources may be used depending on the type of work performed.  Department Point of Contacts are Christi Stromberg and Shantil Moore.
