Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #21RFSQ2 providing continuing engineering services for the HVAC Rooftop Unit located at Jester Annex, 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd, Ste110, Round Rock, TX 78664 to Ramirez-Simon Engineering, LLC, in the amount up to One Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($117,300.00) and authorize execution of the agreement. Funding Source is P611.
Background
The consultant is recommended for award on an as-needed basis through RFSQ #21RFSQ2. This firm is being recommended, as Ramirez-Simon Engineering, LLC is most qualified for this particular project and has performed successfully with past projects for Williamson County. The County intends to replace the two (2) failing Rooftop HVAC Units. The funding source is P611 and the point of contact is Daniel Shea.
