Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.
Background
The billing for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) was received late from JBI (Justice Benefits, Inc) for FY2021 and FY2022. Williamson County typically receives one bill per year and budgets accordingly. Unfortunately, due to the late billing, we have received two invoices in one year, thus creating a shortfall in this line. This transfer will facilitate payment of the FY2022 (second) invoice.
