Background
Williamson County sent out over 2,100 notifications with 46 document takers and received six (6) responses. The vendors were evaluated, and the evaluation team recommends Red & White Greenery, Inc. be awarded the Landscape Maintenance Services for Williamson County Facilities under RFP #23RFP96 with the initial contract term commencing on October 01, 2023 through September 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1)-year terms.
