Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving quote and service agreement #2023281 between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for an Audio Video (AV) System Upgrade at the Emergency Services Operations Center (ESOC) for a total of $353,347.88 pursuant to TIPS contract #230105, and authorizing the execution of the quote and service agreement. Data Projections will provide AV Equipment, Services, and Miscellaneous Materials at ESOC to augment and upgrade the AV Systems that were previously installed several years ago by another vendor. The current AV System at ESOC is mostly functional, but has outdated displays, hardware issues/failures from the Intermediate Distribution Frame and needs updating. The approval of this quote will benefit the Williamson County ESOC with an upgrade to the AV system. The attached quote details the materials, hardware and installation services for this upgrade.
