Background
JP4 is requesting a line item transfer necessary to fund the Autopsies, Med Inquests line item for the remainder of FY23. We need to move funds to pay invoices and to cover unanticipated elevated costs of conducting an upcoming inquest hearing scheduled for September 27 and 28, and an additional on-call rotation at the end of the month.
