BizLibrary provides a turn-key Learning Management System, with a robust native library of over thirteen thousand (13,000) courses, to aid the County with new Manager/Supervisor training, Compliance and upskill training, also offering a degree of predictive analytics that provides scorecards, dashboards, and program evaluation reports used to compare benchmarks/goals, assess program effectiveness, and demonstrate the impact of learning on department or HR goals. Competetive quotes were obtained for this purchase.  This fee will provide this subscription service for a one-year period.
