Hear an update regarding the Unify data-sharing hub between 9-1-1 dispatch centers in the region.
Background
Williamson County hosts the regional data-sharing hub for data exchange between Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and has recently added the City of Austin. The County is one only a few agencies to utilize the system to lower response times between agencies with real-time closest-unit dispatching. The County's system has pushed the technology forward for the benefit of the citizens.
