Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Jail.
Background
This budget amendment is being made from funds provided by Network Communication International Corp (Inmate Phone Company). They provided Technology Grant funding as part of the contract that was approved in Fiscal Year 2022. These funds were received in August 2022 and are being pulled from Cash Ending reserves to offset the Pivot 3 Camera Surveillance Additions in the Jail.
