Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report from the Waco Roof Co, LLC Change Order No. 5 for the Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) Winter Storm Repairs project (P565) for a time extension of 120 days.  Funding Source is P565.
 

Background

This change order to add 120 days toward substantial completion for a new date of January 20, 2024. There are no additional funds requested.  Department point of contact is Thomas Crockett, Facilities Management Project Manager.   On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Facilities Director, Dale Butler, with authority to approve change orders under Local Government Code Sec. 262.031, in relation to Williamson County construction and facilities projects. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.  Funding for this project is P565.
