Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a services contract with Nineveh Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Jail to Jobs to provide services to support the operations of the Williamson County Expo Center.

Jail to Jobs will provide services as an independent contractor and supply one supervisor and up to three personnel based on facility preparation needs associated with event schedules.  Services to primarily include stall cleaning and disinfecting, wash rack maintenance, shavings delivery, stall and livestock panel construction and deconstruction, bleacher maintenance, janitorial tasks and trash collection and disposal.  All participants will be vetted to ensure that no participants have been convicted of any crime consisting of sexual crimes, and/or animal cruelty crimes.  Services contract was reviewed by Purchasing, Contract Audit and Legal.
