Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202426 between Data Projections and Williamson County for the DPI Gold Annual Maintenance for all Courtroom Audio Visual (AV) systems for the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00, pursuant to TIPS Contract #230105 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Approval of this maintenance agreement will support the operations at the Williamson County Courts and Facilities, all Courtrooms, Grand Jury Room at Tele-Justice Center, all JP Courts, GT Annex and the Juvenile Courtroom in the County. Data Projections provides the Audio Visual (AV) system and videoconferencing support for those departments. The attached addendum and quote define the details of this agreement. General Counsel, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement for FY24. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004500 FY24. The Department contact will be Richard Semple.
