Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of six (6) pieces of Caterpillar Heavy Equipment from Holt Cat which includes one (1) Model: 140LVR Motor Grader, one (1) Model: CW34NN Pneumatic Roller, one (1) Model: 308 Excavator, one (1) Model: 420 Backhoe Loader, and two (2) Model: 289D3 Skid Steer fot the total amount of $1,072,682.00 pursuant to Sourcewell #032119-CAT, warranties included.
Background
The purchase of these items will support the operations of the Road and Bridge Department throughout the County. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.005711 for FY24. Point of Contact is Matt Williamson.
