Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Second Amended and Restated Contract for Construction between Williamson County and J.T. Vaughn Construction, LLC relating to the Jail Magistrate Court, Elevator and Chiller Additions Project (P540).
Background
This Second Amended and Restated Contract for General Construction is made to increase substantial completion date by 120 days to the original 270 days, and with an addition of 300 days for all work related to the elevator. Increase in Contract sum by $803,370.00, from $2,364,339.00 to $3,167,709.00.
