Background
Two items require signature by the authorized official of Williamson County:
- The attached 2024 Williamson County Flexible Benefits Plan Adoption Agreement is required to update our Flexible Benefits Plan due to the change allowing employees to roll over up to $250.00 into the 2025 Plan Year for any funds not utilized in the employee's Flexible Spending Account as elected in the 2024 Benefit Plan Year.
- The attached 2024 Williamson County Flexible Benefits Plan Formal Record of Action is needed to document the change.
