Background
The Benefits Team created the Wilco One Wellness Program Brochure as a guide to help our employees, and their covered dependents as a resource on what is available in our Wellness Program. During the first quarter of the year, we will be focusing on department education both in person and/or virtually utilizing Team's, so that all employees may understand how to access all the benefits offered within our wellness program and the importance of their engagement for their individual well-being.
