Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for General Engineering Consultant Services for the 2023 Road Bond Program and other County roadway associated planning and development activities. Six thousand two hundred and eighty-three (6,283) firms were invited with one hundred and twenty (120) document takers and one (1) firm responding to the solicitation. After an evaluation of the sole respondent, it was determined that HNTB Corporation met all the requirements. Fees are detailed in the fee schedule of each agreement.
