Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #23RFP97 for the Preservation, Imaging, and Indexing of District Clerk Files to Kofile Technologies, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The Purchasing Department solicited proposals for RFP #23RFP97, for the Preservation, Imaging, and Indexing of District Clerk Files. Two thousand seven hundred sixty-five (2765) suppliers were invited to bid, of which twenty-five (25) suppliers viewed the bid documents and one (1) supplier responded. Staff is recommending to the Williamson County Commissioners Court that Kofile Technologies, Inc. receive this award, for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00.  All work will be completed within two years of the start date. Funding sources are 01.0386.0386.004550, 01.0387.0387.004550, 01.0388.0388.004550, and 01.0390.0390.004550. Budget for FY24 is $2,201.000.00. The remaining monies will be proposed in the FY 25 budget.  The department point of contact is Lisa David.
