Background
The Stalker Radar lease from Safeware, Inc. was approved by Commissioners Court on 10.31.2023, item #36, under Omnia contract #440008468. The approval of this Amendment will benefit the Williamson County Sheriff's Office with the lease of products designed for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and Related Service. The original lease agreement showed a contract term of 11.01.23-10.31.27. The amendment only edits those dates to 04.01.24-03.31.28. Funding source is 01.0100.0560.004623 as per FY24 budget. The department point of contact is Assistant Chief James David. The original Form 1295 is attached.
