Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Funding Agreement #2024115 between Williamson County and Family Restoration Coaching for parent mentoring services for $40,000.00, exempting the purchase from competitive bidding requirements under Tex. Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) a personal or professional service, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County Family Recovery Court by providing parent monitoring for court participants. Family Recovery Court received grant funding to promote reunification and strengthening of families involved in the Child Welfare Court System. The services are paid for by Office of Governor Grant Funding, and there is no General Fund budget impact for services rendered under this Funding Agreement. Funding source is 464P.
