Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase agreement for an additional Bonfire Pro Seat License with Bonfire Interactive Ltd., in the amount of $2,362.50, as per DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4363, and authorizing the execution of the purchase agreement.

The Bonfire subscription is utilized by the Purchasing Department, allowing the department to create and manage solicitations, archive contracts and other functions needed to perform tasks within the department. The Purchasing Department has an active contract with Bonfire with a term of 10/01/2022 - 09/30/2026, allowing eleven (11) seats/licenses of usage. By adding a new position to the department, twelve (12) seats/licenses are now required for the system. Funding source: 01.0100.0503.004505 as per the FY 24 Budget.
