Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Seward Junction Loop North contract between Williamson County and LJA Associates, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P598 Fund Source: Road Bonds
Background
The LJA Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the compensation cap by $1,400,000.00 from $1,000,000.00 to $2,400,000.00. This will allow for the execution of Work Authorization No. 3 authorizing the design through 100% PS&E and bid phase services as well as Work Authorization No. 4 authorizing survey, right-of-way mapping, and parcel documents on the Seward Junction North Loop project to aid in right-of-way acquisition.
