Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with Palm Valley Lutheran Church for off-duty contracting of Constable Pct. 1 Deputies to be effective March 24, 2024.
Background
This agreement gives permission to Palm Valley Lutheran Church to contract Constable Pct. 1 Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. Deputies will be providing security during various church functions. This agreement will begin on March 24th, 2024 and will terminate on September 30, 2024. Palm Valley Lutheran Church is located at 2500 E. Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock.
