Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding Engineering Services for Wilco Development Services Assistance to Doucet & Associates, Garver, LLC and K Friese & Associates, LLC, with the maximum payable amount for each agreement at three million dollars $3,000,000.00 and authorize execution of the agreements.

Williamson County sent out over six thousand two-hundred (6,200) notifications with ninety-six (96) document takers and received seven (7) responses.  The evaluation committee, based on the supporting documentation, recommends the selection of Doucet & Associates, Garver, LLC and K Friese & Associates, LLC for engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in plat and associated construction plan review, FEMA Flood Plain Program administration and driveway review and permitting, general drainage engineering support.
