Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to accept a donation of (66) Red Bicycle Helmets for the Sheriff's Office Junior Deputy Academy from AAA Texas pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 81.032.
Background
Kara Thorp and Anne O'Ryan of AAA Texas will be donating (66) Red Bicycle Helmets for the Summer 2024 Junior Deputy Academy, Session 1 (June 3-6) and Session 2 (June 17-20) for the 9-11 years old age group. These kids will also receive safety instruction and fitting of the helmet. Total cost $727.70.
