Discuss, consider and take action on approving the close out documents and executing the warranty period with Hellas Construction, Inc. for the sports courts resurfacing project at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
Background
A contract for construction #2024118 with Hellas Construction, Inc. was previously approved on February 6, 2024 for resurfacing of tennis and basketball courts at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park. Additional work included converting three of the six basketball courts to six pickleball courts. All work was completed April 11, 2024, beginning the twelve (12) month warranty period.
