Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the Ronald Reagan Widening project, a 2019 Road Bond Project in Precinct 2.
Background
The Ronald Reagan Widening project requires TCEQ approval of a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of STV Infrastructure, Inc. to submit the needed CZP Exception for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
