Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewing Contract #1978 for Custodian and Sanitation Supplies and Services, renewal option period #4 (FINAL), with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract per the attached pricing documentation for the term of January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025.
Background
This is the fourth and final extension to this contract. Facilities Management confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requested renewal. There is no current increase using the FY25 annual cost, but it includes a change frequency of a few locations per the pricing sheet attached for FY25. Funding Source will be 01.0100.0509.004962 in addition to various funding sources from other departments and 01.0546.0546.004999 (Animal Shelter). Department Points of Contacts are Shantil Moore and Christi Stromberg.
