Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on rejecting competitive sealed proposals submitted on RFCSP #24RFCSP51 for Emergency Services Operation Center (ESOC) Computer Room Air-conditioning (CRAC) Unit Replacement for Facilities Management.

Williamson County sent out over ten thousand, eight hundred and seventy-three (10873) notifications with seventy-eight (78) document takers and one (1) submission.  After reviewing qualification submissions, the Evaluation Committee did not find a best-suited candidate to replace and upgrade the existing CRAC unit in the ESOC server room. The Evaluation Committee recommends rejecting all submissions of the ESOC CRAC Unit project under RFCSP #24RFCSP51. The Facilities Management Department is interested in conducting an analysis to determine a more effective scope and schedule prior to future re-solicitation for this project.
