Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract #22RFP106 for Integrated Pest Management Services, renewal period #1, with Pest Management, Inc (Hill Country Pest Control) for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of, incorporation of the amended Pest Management Compensation Fees, which updates County Facilities locations, services and fees per attached documentation and spreadsheet and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.

Background

This is a continuation of the contract under renewal option #1. The Facilities Management Department has confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requests renewal. There is a current cost increase which adds location and services to increase the cost by 6% for FY25.  Funding Sources: 01.0100.0509.003319; Animal Shelter 01.0545.0545.003319. Department Point of Contacts are Shantil Moore and Christi Stromberg.
