Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the software service agreement #2024210 between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the CloudGavel's eWarrent Solutions software for a total amount of $5,000.00, pursuant to Sourcewell contract #090320-TTI.

CloudGavel’s electronic warrant solution revolutionizes the way our criminal justice system operates. eWarrants is a practice by which the entire warrant process can be facilitated in a secure cloud environment. The capability of processing warrants online allows for a rapid response time by the courts. Hence, resulting in an overall improvement in public safety efficiency. Law enforcement officers can now get an arrest warrant approved in minutes as opposed to hours. The Pilot begins when approved and goes through September 30, 2024 in the amount of $5,000.00. The First Term for CloudGavel eWarrent will begin October 1,2024-September 30, 2025 in the amount of $57,050.00, for FY25. -The contract/quote states that the pilot term is a flat fee of = $5,000 -The first term (auto-renewal for FY25) is at minimum $13,500 (for 600 warrants) + implementation costs of $43,550 = $57,050.  This is outlined in the quote for approval: Total Cost for approval is $62,050  ($5,000 + $57,050) This break out can be shown on Exhibit A of Page 1, section 2 on the service agreement attached. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.003011 per FY24 budget for the amount of $5,000 and $57,050 for FY25, approved by budget.
