Acknowledgement. recognition, and approval of reappointments to the Williamson County Conservation Foundation Board of Directors for the terms ending May 2026 and recognize the election of officers for the term ending May 2025.
Background
At its May 15th, 2024, 15th Annual Meeting the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) board consented to seat the following individuals for board membership for two-year terms (ending on or about May 13th, 2026): Brent Baker, Paul Barron, and Allen Bowersox. (each are returning board members). Lyle Grimes chose not to be reseated for a new term and his position will be vacated.
Also, election of officers was held for position terms ending May 2025: Valerie Covey - President; Cynthia Long - Vice-president; Josh Renner - Secretary (non-voting position).
