Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Facilities Department.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received to repair flooding damage in the Jail. The proceeds are being used to offset the expenditures in the Jail paid out of the Facilities Department budget.
