Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenue for the General Fund.
Background
This budget amendment allows for recognition of addtional revenue received from the State for reimbursement of Juror Pay. We are amending to recognize this revenue to then amend the expenditure line items to provide the necessary Juror Funds to finish the fiscal year.
