Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 02 from Texas AirSystems, LLC for the Jail South Boiler Renovation Project in the amount of $30,019, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Architect, Trenton Jacobs pursuant to the Commissioners Court’s prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031.
Background
This change order is made to compensate Texas AirSystems for additional labor due to requested changes in existing drawings. Williamson County Facilities Architect, Trenton Jacobs was delegated change order approval authority for this project on March 22, 2022 by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Williamson County Facilities pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
