Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the preliminary plat for the Flora Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 591 single-family lots, 27 open space/landscape lots, 6 alley lots, 2 park lots, 2 pond lots, 1 open space/drainage lot and 37,926 linear feet of new roads on 209.59 acres. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken on September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.
