Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on terminating the original Pictometry International Corp, with Pictometry Corp, Inc, approved by the Commissioners Court on 8.18.2020, under Item #39, and authorizing the execution of the document.
Background
This agreement would terminate the Pictometry International Corp. Agreement approved by the Commissioners Court on 8.18.2020 Item 39. The Amendment for Termination is necessary due to increased costs exceeding the allowable 25 percent limit under TLGC §262.031, Changes in Plans and Specifications. The increased cost is due to previously shared costs with an adjacent county. The adjacent county changed vendors and now Wilco is to absorb the total cost of the service.
