Background
This subdivision consists of 2 single family lots and no new roads. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken December 19, 2024, the County Engineer has approved this final plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2024-08-02 – 2nd submittal of final plat
