Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Johnston, LLC, being dated effective January 28th, 2022, relating to the Justice Complex Improvements.
Background
This Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Design & Engineering Services is made for the purposes of amending and supplanting the original Exhibit C - Production Schedule, to extend the time for performance to 1,343 calendar days from the original amount of time, which was 599 calendar days. The time extension is needed for changes in the architectural, mechanical, plumbing and low voltage drawings.
