Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase #2025108 between Williamson County and Motorola Solutions, Inc. In-Car Radio Equipment in the amount of $67,937.52, pursuant to Texas DIR #DIR-CPO-5433 cooperative contract.

Background

The approval of this purchase will benefit The Williamson County Sheriff's Office with 4 new-in-car radios and 4 portable radios. This equipment is part of the decision package for new deputy positions.  The funding source is 01.0100.0560.005730 for FY25. Contract Audit and General Counsel have approved this purchase. Origination #1852. The department point of contact is Thomas Piche. Vendors are publicly traded, thus a 1295 form is not required.
