Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Nolina Phase 2A subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Nolina development.  It consists of 133 single family lots, 3 open space/ drainage lots, 4 HOA landscape lots, 1 right of way reserve, and 7,208 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,943,721.89 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2024-11-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2024-12-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2024-12-18 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2024-12-20 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-01-03 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2025-01-22 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-01-23 – final plat placed on the January 28, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
