Background
Gessner Engineering, LLC is recommended for award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Gessner Engineering, LLC, is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool where Gessner Engineering, LLC received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for ESOC Site Reconstruction Design Services between Williamson County and Gessner Engineering, LLC, is for the ESOC, 911 Tracy Chambers, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. Detailed Scope of Work is attached. Funding Source is 01.0100.01071.04100 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
