Background
The Seiler Lankes Group, LLC (SLG) Contract Amendment No. 5 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract utilizing the CPI Adjustment Calculation and increases the compensation cap by $200,598.00 from $1,777,784.44 to $1,978,382.44 to allow for the execution of an SWA to authorize additional Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) efforts.
