Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement (MSA) #2025123, between Williamson County and Life Safety Services, LLC for Inspection and Repair Services for Fire Exhaust Systems, in the not-to-exceed amount of $200,000.00, pursuant to Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #062421-LSS, and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement Inspection and Repair Services for Fire Exhaust Systems between Williamson County and Life Safety Services, LLC will allow for as-needed services. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through August 08, 2025. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004509, Origination #2029 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
