Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #25RFP14 Jail Pharmaceuticals/Services/Supplies for the Williamson County Jail to MOA Pharmacy, Inc D/B/A Westwood Pharmacy Clinical Services, in the not-to-exceed amount of $981,750.00 per fiscal year, and authorizing the execution of the Service Agreement.

Williamson County received three (3) submissions out of seventy-two (72) document takers and advertised to two-thousand five-hundred sixty-eight (2,568) vendors seeking proposals from experienced companies to provide pharmaceutical services and supplies for the Williamson County Jail, whose current population is around six hundred fifty (650) inmates. The term of this service agreement will be 12 months from the effective date, the contract shall automatically renew for up to four (4) separate 12-month terms.
