Background
The IEA, Inc. Supplement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 increases the parcel acquisition from 2 to 8 and updates the schematic in the amount of $73,339.89 and extends the termination date to 7/31/2025. This SWA does not increase the contract cap.
