Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Lease Agreement contract #2025206 between Williamson County and Quadient Leasing USA, Inc. for the postage meter at Justice of the Peace Precinct #1, in the amount of $95.93 per month, pursuant to Cooperative Contract BuyBoard #755-24, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Approval of this new lease agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct #1 office. The Quadient IX-3 is a high-performance postage meter designed to meet the diverse mailing needs of businesses.  These innovative machines are equipped with advanced features that streamline mail processing, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy. The lease agreement is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $95.93 and billed quarterly at $287.79.  The funding source will be 01.0100.0510.004100 for FY25.  Origination #2485.
