Background
This Contract Amendment No. 4 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract and increases the compensation cap by $69,061.00 from $870,939.00 to $940,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 2.
