Background
This is the first section in the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7B development. It consists of 43 single-family lots, 5 open space/drainage/utility lots and 4,182 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $7,679,882.10 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
