Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Hosted Software and Service Agreement and Addendum #2025210 between Williamson County and Public Health Management Corporation (PMHC) to provide RANT/DUI-RANT licenses and software for the amount of $2,550.00 per year ($1,275.00 RANT & $1,275.00 DUI/RANT) and authorizing execution of the Hosted Software Service Agreement.

This Hosted Software Service Agreement will benefit Williamson County and the specialty courts within Williamson County to help provide RANT/DUI-RANT software.  This software is Risk and Needs Triage (RANT). The courts currently use this software for assessments in our DWI/Drug Court and Veterans Treatment Court. RANT software is a highly secure, web-based tool designed to help judges and other criminal justice professionals place adult drug offenders in the appropriate care-setting.  By matching offenders to appropriate services, RANT helps target resources for improved public safety and public health outcomes.  In addition to a risk/needs score, the report also lists the specific risk and needs factors identified for the client. This will provide a one (1) year agreement and the option to renew for up to 5 years.  This addendum and agreement have been approved by Audit Grants, Human Resources, and Information Services.
